Interesting then that their new strategy looks a heck of a lot like the one AC started to implement, only two years ago. - organizing 8 separate business units - creation of a low fare unit Interesting that while Canadian news media and armchair quarterbacks tend to dump of the AC strategy, airlines around the world who have studied it take the pieces that have really worked.
