Guest manwest Posted August 13, 2003 Share Posted August 13, 2003 Surprise and a pleasant one too. Talking with Air Canada res agents in YYZ and YUL the past few days has been a pleasant experience. I was calling to get an e ticket printed in English instead of French, I had to speak to a couple of agents as it took a few calls to get the matter straightened out. Both agents were courteous and very pleasant to deal with. One agent did mention to me they were just doing their job now nothing more, never the less I like the new service level. Very WestJet.
