Guest V1V2Vgo Posted August 7, 2003 Share Posted August 7, 2003 Anyone have the scoop on the low to nil CSA staffing levels at terminal 2 yesterday? Lineups for domestic check in were several hundred people long, (both normal and express, ie. used the kiosk, need to drop bags), and a GRAND TOTAL of 3 CSA's were on duty. At one sad point, the entire domestic checkin line did not move, due to ZERO CSA's staffing the front line. IS THIS THE NEW PLAN? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
