Guest CCY3
Tried to book WJA from YQX to YQM in October and the website says that service stops on Sept.14. Was this only a summer service or are they gone for good?
Guest YWG Flyer
I believe NF service is switching to an Ottawa-St John's and Ottawa-Gander routing, on that date.
Guest Sam of Old
They will be leaving as they will probably have to start paying fees like everyone else. YQX airport auth (Ha) has let them in, out and park overnight for nothing, nada, no fees to get them flying there. Word has it they will pull out once the summer flying is done. Guest ABC-S
And where are you getting your info from??
Guest ECB
YWG Flyer is correct. The service is to YHM via YOW once the Fall sched is launched. WS generally gives service a good run before pulling the plug and the Newfoundland service is doing quite well. The exception is "Limited Edition" service which operates for a set period or seasonal basis. YMM, YQU and YBR are examples. That said, if we make a mistake, which we have in the past (YTH), and I'm sure will do at some point in the future again, we will admit it, correct it and move on. wjaer
We are a pretty open company. We released it in our Sept sked enhancements press release. Both are doing well for us.
