Guest Maritimer Posted July 16, 2003 Share Posted July 16, 2003 I don't understand how a company can say specifically how many employees they need when they don't have a business plan proposed or in place when all the negotiating numbers were set. Or are they building a business plan based on how many airplanes and/or employees they end up with. If that is the case, it doesn't sound like a model of efficiency. Thoughts?
