EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY

POSITION: AGENT – CHARTERS SERVICES.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The candidate must:

- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in the Aircraft Charter field.

- Be bilingual (French/English-spoken and written) and have the ability to speak Inuttitut would be a complementary asset.

- Be familiar with Word, Excel and the Atsaniq system, SABRE system knowledge is an asset.

- Be familiar with the Nunavik territory as well as company characteristics.

- Have a good knowledge of laws and regulations governing Airline Companies.

- Have a team spirit.

- Be focussed on customer satisfaction.

- Be available, on occasion to travel.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Receive request for Charter quotes, analyse, verify aircraft availability for flight requirements and supply a quotation within a reasonable time frame.

- Organize all documents pertaining to the flight prior to departure.

- Complete a Checklist for all flights and transfer a copy to the Dispatch department sufficiently prior to the flight date.

- On occasion, assist with the departure of flights or handle special requests.

- Complete and transfer, to the Finance department, all necessary documents for the collection of payment following the completion of a flight.

- Be available to answer any question pertaining to the flight, prior to, during or upon completion of said flight.

- Assure customer satisfaction.

- Compile pertinent activity statistics when required.

- Execute administrative tasks required by the department.

- Execute all other tasked asked of you by the Direction of the company.

SALARY:

Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
