Guest neon harness
from YYZ news........... Air Canada (AC/ACA) a)...the airline has no plans to release its management proxy circular --detailing the airline's five highest-paid executives in 2002 --even though the Ontario Securities Commission is maintaining it has to do so by May 20th. The airline claims that the CCAA filing has allowed it to indefinitely postpone its annual general meeting and it is under no obligation to file a proxy circular. The OSC requires corporations to disclose the salaries of its five best-paid executives no later than 140 days after the end of the last fiscal year. There is no change in the requirements even though the airline is in bankruptcy according to an OSC spokesman.
