Guest DWS
"The universal demand is for the highest production at the least cost in order to survive," Lewington noted. "The demand is spurred on by consumer advocates insisting on lower prices, especially in air fares." -A.J. Lewington, a senior management type at Eatern Provincial Airways. This was from a statement he made in the early 80's when EPA moved it's headquarters to Halifax from Gander. I don't remember the exact date but it was approximately 20 years ago. In light of the latest developments in our industry, it seems appropriate even today.
