How many have read Farley's Order?

There is an ACPA LEC meeting in YYZ on Monday, and I was wondering how many of the ACPA AEforum readers have read Farley's amended order (April 23rd I think). I urge you all to do so prior to the meeting, it's available on the Aeronet website. I'm not a lawyer, but there are huge sections that make me go "Yikes" - example - Farley has ruled that AC is "entitled to, but not obligated to" pay salaries, pensions, benefits etc., and is entitled to close, sell, bankrupt or amend the operations of such subsidiaries, bases and facilities as it sees fit (with the approval of the Monitor and with 7 days prior notice). AC can furlough who they want, after negotiations with the affected parties, and failing an agreement with the affected parties can have their decisions imposed by the Monitor. Please read the order, it's clearly critical that we get informed as much as possible prior to agreeing - or not agreeing with - any direction our Association takes.
