exGXer
My Irish mother raised me to believe that when you make a mistake you should correct it and apologize for any harm done. In a column Monday, an effort at humour directed at Air Canada and its CEO Robert Milton, I wrongly blamed the airline for the shortage of de-icing fluid experienced at Pearson recently. I now know that the airport authority, not Air Canada, bears responsibility. For this error I apologize and regret any harm caused. Michael B.
