Then blend the Jazz pilots into the bottom of AC's list since the date they purchased the regionals.Pay the senior ones something short of there orrigional date of hire, since I don't think they should be payed 747 type salaries. Then everyone bids up as they choose with there new senority, but it reverts back to your old date of hire for layoffs.
