Ontario Hydro, Millions in debt Provincial Goverments in debt Health care down the toilet The attitude of the general public towards professional workers at Air Canada is that they should give up %40 of thier pension, take any where from 20 to 45 percent of a pay cut etc etc etc. So wht do not people demand the Prime minister, MP's, provincial officials, Doctors, Dentists etc Take a %40 pay-cut, cut thier pensions, work twice as much with little or no hope of achieving the standard they have now? Guest kevenv Posted June 1, 2003 Share Posted June 1, 2003 Demand all you all you want of the politicians.....fact is though that when you set your own compensation package you are not inclined to listen to "the people" regardless of your political stripe. There is nothing you or I can do. Politcians will always be there voting themselves more and more. Vote them out? Next bunch will be the same.
