I then suggested as an employee group, we could buy an airplane or airplanes, and working a reduced capitol leaseback to the corp, in the end the employees still have the Airplane and pension like income. Thats the simplistic idea but the financing arrangements are where profits are generated. Perhaps Dagger can comment/suggest a 'give back' that helps benefits both sides.
