Guest jinx
Paragraph 20 states the following: "This Court orders that, after the date hereof and except as otherwise provided to the contrary herein, (Air Canada) shall be entitled but not required to pay the following expenses incurred in carrying on the Business or discontinuing part of the Business: e ) All outstanding and future wages, salaries (except group RRSP contributions), disbursements, directors' fees and expenses, employee benefits, severance, termination and other like amounts, vacation pay, and retention payments accruing due to employees or as approved by this Court, and all employee benefits and pension benefits payable to former employees." Obviously, as we move through the CCAA process, a major objective is to ensure our costs are not increased without the approval of the Monitor.
