Guest Sad
To all those looking for work at Cascade. Check with the people working there first on how things are. You may have a change of heart. Casual work is the only thing being offered to most. That was a good old article. Good luck
Guest Hot_Tamale
I have spoken with a higher level manager at Cascade about the current hiring and here's the skinny. They are hiring about 100 to staff 2 lines of Alaska (if they get it). The guys on the floor will be casual. Usually getting full time hours, but sent home the minute they're not busy. The crewleaders, supervisors, planners will be permanent full-time. I have worked at Cascade and I can tell you this....you'll earn every penny they give you in blood and tears. That place is a cesspool of management buckpassing and employee unrest. Good luck!
