Guest Bulkwheat
I'm so sick of the negativity surrounding our national carrier that I just had to pass this along. Today the wife and kids were leaving YYZ and as I waved goodbye to them I heard a gut wrenching scream. My little boy (4) got his hand caught between the X-ray machine conveyer belt and the stand still table. (he was OK, but I could tell it hurt like a SOB.) As I ran to his side to make sure he was OK, an AC Captain came over, talked to him and gave him something. (an aircraft picture postcard I believe). The little guys tears were replaced immediately by a noticable smile. To the effort and moral boost it gave the little fella I say "Thank You"... To the impreesion that you made to the other folks standing in the security line I say "Well Done".....it was noticed. As far as the pass travel issue is concerned I think as AC employees we have it VERY good. ai, Stickle, rollingrock, tritanic and George...well said Cheers Barney.
