Guest Gadgeteer
HPWO stands for High Performance Workplace Organization. It is a IAM&AW initiative. It is supposed to result in a better relationship between the worker and management. It is a good concept if kept above board and very visable. There has to be a high level of trust between all parties. However, HPWO is considered a conflict of interest by many people. HPWO will most likely end in failure, causing more friction between the parties.
Guest tsmech
Not trying to sound stupid, but, here goes.. How about everyone does there job to the best of their ability and has respect for others?? I know it would be a huge leap at some operations but it sure seems to work at our base..
Guest Gadgeteer
I agree with you 100%. I would love to see that happen. Management wants to get there too. Unfortunatly, that is not reality. HPWO, is a futile attempt to right things. However, HPWO is falling apart at the seams. HPWO has created even more distrust between the parties envolved.
