Email last night from Travel Agent.....bumped back to Economy on the return as the flight is now consolidated (from point of departure to YUL and YYZ). Get a refund for Club Class, a voucher for a free drink and "free" headphones"...yippee Phone TA...I was really PO'd...she said Air Transat decided who sits where....I say "Bovine Excretement!!!!" 3 hours on the phone today and find out that "bumping" is predicated as to who booked first...I guess booking in September 2007 is not early enough. Finally found the info about how they can do this "buried" deep in the Travel company website....but there was not one spec of info on any of the electronic invoices/documents/tickets etc that we received over the past 5 months.
