But to be honest, I don't think either of us knows what my company is doing... if it's not exactly as they claim. I've seen nothing, other than the WJ release, that gives any indication that any charges have been eased, withdrawn, lifted, or otherwise "narrowed"... And even if there were any such activity, I can't see how that could be considered anything other than an adjustment of the damage claim, due to the course of proceedings thus far... But in fact, all I've read elsewhere is only describing a change of who the suit is aimed at. It looks to this untrained eye, as though they're trying to go after the folks who they believe to be genuinely guilty of some misdeed. I'm neither proud nor ashamed of that... I'd simply expect it.
