Guest Kal
Hi Phil; Perhaps you could confirm (or deny) for me a couple of points. 1. The current AC RJ Capt Rates are based on the A319/320 F/O rates. 2. the current top rate for an A319/320 F/O is 155 day , 161 night p/hr or... 161 half day/half night. Does this relect the current AC RJ rate?? 3. There is a current arbitration award that allows for an increase in A319/320 rates due to a321 introduction as follows: Pay rates for the A 319/320 are subject to change based on the 12/17/2002 arbitration award which changes the weight for the A319/320/321 equipment to 170,400 based on 91 A319/320 aircraft and 8 A321 aircraft in the fleet as effective January 2002. During the remainder of the collective agreement, the weight of this fleet will be reviewed each January and July using the specified formula from the award. 4. Does this mean that current AC RJ rates will increase( or decrease ) as a result? Thanks in advance Phil Cheers Kal
