AC has been losing a lot of money and some people seem to dissociate their actions from this problem. If we have 40,000 employees (i know its less than that) then if each employee could save the company $25/day, that adds up to $1,000,000 day....AC would make money with that kind of savings! What is $25? Making sure that one extra bag makes it on a flight? Saving 50kg of fuel? If people where to use their imagination, and some help from management (yes I know they can be a road block at times) then millions could be saved.... But its only Air Canada's money right????
