I see from the main site that MetroJet is caput. Parking 20+ 737-200s and 20 F-100s. I think we will see much more of this and the FAA couldn't be happier. In fact I would expect and increase in mandated inspections to help the airlines make up their minds. The FAA will be under pressure from Boeing and the Airlines to make these old birds too expensive to operate. I have already been noticing huge numbers of ADs against the od 747s. With the times a changin as they are, it may become very hard to operate old equipment. Any thoughts? lurk.gif
