When we have all of the positions filled, and we have our first meeting, the ability to change won't be there (as easily). So here is another question...what should the head of a union/association be paid? same as the top paid worker? a fixed amount like 100k? buzz Posted November 15, 2001 Share Posted November 15, 2001 I believe that it should be in a ration of what the highest salary of what it can produce for the membership.I.E. 2 to 1,2.5 to 1,under the AMFA constitution the director/president make twice the top out wage for that year,i.e. if the top cert make $65000/year then the director makes $130000/year.This is all based on base salary,no O/T included Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
