Reading the previous posts bring to light the best part of the development of a viable and modern constitution; the ability to change. When we have all of the positions filled, and we have our first meeting, the ability to change won't be there (as easily). So here is another question...what should the head of a union/association be paid? same as the top paid worker? a fixed amount like 100k? I think with a high pay you only attract greedy folk; however how do you attract the best?

I believe that it should be in a ration of what the highest salary of what it can produce for the membership.I.E. 2 to 1,2.5 to 1,under the AMFA constitution the director/president make twice the top out wage for that year,i.e. if the top cert make $65000/year then the director makes $130000/year.This is all based on base salary,no O/T included
