( OR MAYBE NOT, WITH THIS GROUP,,,JUST KIDDING --SMILEY HERE---). These folks really need this in the climate in which they currently find themselves. It should allow them to know that they are not alone in their times of stress and times of great pride and achievement and even share humorous stories that they experience.You are in this together folks, as this industry is actually very family (to put it very loosely).Thank You, thank you, Admin... wP.S. Makes very interesting reading.Have been an AME in heavy commercial for a very long time and am happy to see moves afoot for an AME UNION/ASSOC.Good move, we may at last be recognised as a professional group and control our own destiny rather than be directed by non technical persons.There are many advantages to be gained from this move and is long long overdue.It has my support.Well done guys.
