Convicted murderer who has escaped before at large in New Brunswick

‎Today, ‎August ‎23, ‎2019, ‏‎4 hours ago | Jack Woods
Police in New Brunswick are looking for a convicted murderer from Dorchester Penitentiary who failed to return to a minimum-security unit after he was granted an unescorted temporary absence.

You would have thought the combination of escaped before, convicted murderer and unescorted absence from a minimum-security unit would have raised some concern.

In a reasonable world you certainly would.

It seems to me that NOT doing things right always leads to an escalation of what you were attempting to avoid in the first place; invariably it reaches the extreme. The origen of that extreme always seems to come from the same liberal minded folks who previously considered doing things right (in the first place)  to be too extreme (the EU serves as an example).  I remember my mothers advice for dealing with bullies (it was just before I started in the martial arts).... LOL, "just ignore them and thy won't bother you." They only left me alone when I started bothering them.... as it turns out, I'm now actually grateful to those folks as they had a foundational effect on me and my future. Being popular in high school would have been the worst possible thing that could have happened to me.

From the “what did you think was going to happen?” file:

https://torontosun.com/news/local-news/gang-gunfight-frustration-mounts-as-gunmen-fire-at-will-in-north-york

The suspension of TAVIS, the banning of street checks, the patently insane bail system and completely incompetent leadership have combined (in a perfect storm) to make the solution more extreme; which is exactly what the do-gooders were trying avoid by banning “intrusive” actions in the first place… lessons from other places in the world be damned.

Ironically, this is (mostly) the direct result of not doing cultural integration properly in the first place because it was deemed “racist” to provide the support people needed when they needed it…. too late for that now because the target audience is all grown up and currently indoctrinating the next one.

This is now at a point where the only solution is an armed cordon and search operation involving suspension of civil rights, arrest and detainment without warrant, curfew and door to door searches without warrant. We will eventually get there anyway so IMO it’s better to get er done early.  I say that because the next step in crazy is the point where vigilante action begins to appear resulting in (a form of) open warfare and requiring the same intervention anyway. So, I say do it now before more people get hurt… then again, I said doing the integration thing right in the first place was part of the cost of doing business. There's that cost thing again eh?

From the article re: gang gunfight

Quote

In relation to Saturday morning’s shooting Saunders explained none of the victims injured in the gunfight are helping police with the investigation.

“One of the victims that was shot has a history of gun violence, served time for gun-related offences,” said Saunders. “Not once, but twice.”

If he could have only found a job.......lol.

LOL, he still be gone....

See Jack run, funny funny Jack.... funny funny parole board.

Most children have a better grasp of the "what did you think was going to happen?" concept. I can't help but wonder how much insanity it takes to make Liberal minded folk take notice of its presence.... the very definition of breathtaking IMO.

I think I may have a new urban keyboard short cut: WTFDYTWGTH....

In other news, AOC is warning the world that melting glaciers could unleash ancient diseases.... luckily, it can be prevented by raising taxes. No more Iceberg Vodka for Jack. Might as well just go back to jail.
