Real silver as you can tell by the tarnish.  The fork shows the original Goose and the Knife shows the more stylized version, both marked Canadian Pacific Airlines

There was a pilot for Mall Airways who would look around the ramp for cutlery.

I’ve seen guys grab salt and pepper shakers off a bar table (shortage at home?) but hunting for spoons on the ramp would indicate a more serious problem. Or perhaps just doing his part for FOD collection? ?
