Canada’s Justice system

Recommended Posts

After the Torie Stafford debacle, I really wonder what goes on within Corrections Canada and the justice system. Is there justice or does the system go overboard in making life too “comfortable” for the prisoners (there is probably a pc term somewhere). I get the rehab thing but more and more reports are making me think that there is no punishment.

The integrity of staff has always been a problem within prisons, but it's the freedoms granted to inmates by politicians that should be particularly troubling to Canadians.
