vanishing point
Looks sharp but still prefer the Bombardier designation. I’m sure Delta will enjoy many years of safe travel with them.
blues deville
Video of the process. Nine days in the paint shop. Interesting sequence of color application to achieve the lettering/logo and no shortage of overspray. I would think any weight savings would be taken advantage of even in excess paint. https://news.delta.com/fresh-paint-shop-introducing-delta-s-first-a220?utm_source=skies-daily-news-news-calendar&utm_campaign=skies-daily-news&utm_medium=email&utm_term=video&utm_content=V1
Kip Powick
Nice to see the guys all in safety harness when working. I was in Toulouse when the first A-320s were being built and we had a tour of the "workshop" Two men under the main fuselage, one drilling, the other riveting, one guys has a cigarette going, both have no safety glasses, hardhats, or safety boots, (sneakers only)
