Crap from the Left

Canada is in more trouble than I could ever have imagined. This from a teacher!

Wow!  A high school teacher (she claims) who has two political science degrees (she claims) who is barely coherent spouting about her amendment rights.  She may want to try to get a refund on those poli-sci degrees since she doesn't seem to know anything about our political system.

It's kind of scary to witness the consequences of the apparently left wing educational brainwashing that has been going on for the last three decades while no one was really paying attention.

The gal from the clip above is a likely 'consequential' example of that educational system failure.

Facebook, and Twitter as well, have lost viewing time after they had campaigns to clean up the fake accounts that were created during the last U.S. election cycle.

If you look at the traffic that was driven on these two platforms alone by the Russian interference, it explains the drop in traffic they are experiencing.

You obviously aren't familiar with how social media works.

It isn't how many users that drives traffic, it's content that draws people to view pages.

The Russians had few accounts, yet they put up content that would drive conservatives to heart palpitations.  This drove traffic and page views through the roof.  Social media sites then get advertising revenue from the ads on all those page views.

When the Russians were exposed for what they were doing, two things happened.  They stopped targeting the conservative audience which has led to a drop in traffic therefore less ad revenue.

Secondly, when it was revealed that outfits like Cambridge Analytica were stealing personal information and selling it to the 'targeters'  there were a lot of people who just stopped using social media.  Will it ever come back?  Maybe.

So it isn't a matter of how many accounts were exposed, it was the content and traffic they created that increased the bottom line, and now it has dried up, hence what you see in the markets.

New York state shuts down child's lemonade stand.

A 7-year-old lemonade stand operator has been put out of business by the New York State Health Department.

The shutdown occurred after vendors at a nearby county fair complained he was undercutting their price, according to the New York Post.

The young entrepreneur, Brendan Mulvaney,  was selling lemonade, water and Sno-cones from the porch of his family’s home, which just so happens to be right outside the Saratoga County Fair in upstate New York.

A woman wearing a Health Department T-shirt turned up Friday and shut it down because the family didn’t have a permit.

Officials have gone back and forth on the issue, first saying the Health Department doesn’t regulate lemonade stands and even issuing an apology.

“We are working to better understand the situation but in the meantime want to assure the community that DOH does not issue permits for or oversee lemonade stands”, spokeswoman Jill Montag told the Post.

Twenty-four hours later, in an about-face, a permit was required after all.

The permit costs $30 and is good for a year.

The agency said it would help the family get the permit.

The youngster was charging 75 cents a cup for pre-mixed lemonade, while fresh-squeezed at the fair was going for about $7.

There was no immediate comment from Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s office.

Was the attack real, or a plot by the leadership to justify soon to come Erdogan style lockups of perceived enemies?

What was particularly disturbing about the unprovoked attack on Behal in Toronto is that it occurred right in front of police officers, who refused Behal’s request that the individual who had assaulted him be arrested, although police are now investigating after the fact.

This has become common at these sorts of demonstrations, with police apparently instructed not to arrest anyone unless a major crime is committed in the interests of keeping the peace, a ridiculous policy in this case because the only people protesting were antifa, the right-wing extremists they were ostensibly targeting having never shown up.

About  half of these anarchist losers wear masks....and basically will swarm/harass anybody that happens to disagree with their point of view. These events are becoming more common as well, as the participants feel emboldened by the lack of force to oppose their protests. Hamilton, Montreal, Quebec City, Toronto, Vancouver.

Who are the real fascists??

The encounter happened Saturday, when a number of anti-fascism groups assembled to counter a planned protest by the Calgary-based Worldwide Coalition Against Islam (WCAI) organization at Nathan Phillips Square, outside Toronto City Hall. The WCAI protest was actually cancelled ahead of time, but the counter-protest was held anyway, and it was there that a Toronto Sun photographer was attacked by a still-unidentified protester.

Why the Left is losing...

Saul Alinsky: “Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.”

Demonize people so you don't have to listen or debate their points.  Just call them names and run away from dialog.

Two very distinct societies! The result of 30 years of social engineering from Liberals/ Democrats

How long can a divide this large continue to co-exist peacefully?

Jaydee, for once you have posted something that I can agree with.

The right has initiated a campaign that does not require any thought or compassion.  Only the need to follow mindlessly the agenda of faceless bots.

Nobody digs under the surface anymore, it's all about the soundbite and 7 second summary.

That is why Donnie got elected.

You are 180 degrees out.  The right is the group that does put thought into the issues and the left is the group that expects compliance without thought.

Take Bernier's latest tweets about immigration.  He wants us to actually think about the issue and decide on acceptable and appropriate levels of immigration while the left demands open-ended, unfettered access.  The right says, let's take the number of refugees and immigrants that we can help integrate at an appropriate level and the left says let 'em all in.  Because of this we have refugees with no place to live and those that are publicly stating they want to go back to Syria because their "new" standard of living is worse than they had before they came here.  Which mindset shows more compassion?

Not nice maybe, but why do you think we should have to hide from the obvious inevitable outcome of the left wing's daily doses of hateful rhetoric and other nasties Malcolm?

Remember, we're talking about America here, a place where kooks of every description are armed to the teeth and looking for an excuse to go off.

Unfortunately, as it now stands, the continuing left wing slander of Right wing sensibilities is deepening the wounds between American ideological factions, which makes it less likely each day that civil disaster can be averted.

So called entertainers such as the hacks mentioned above are so full of themselves and blinded by the moment most of them seem oblivious to the fact they're setting themselves up to be targets.

Therefore, and it's only an opinion, but the sooner one of these anarchists is martyred, the better the chance that TDS afflicted people like Deicer will snap out of the fog they're in and for common sense to emerge.

Sadly, that's about the only pathway I can see that's got the umph necessary to compel the resumption of a bipartisan, but civil approach to the expression of individual & group political perspectives.

Here's to hoping someone shoots the filthy Hollywood a-hole.
