UpperDeck Posted February 7, 2017 Share Posted February 7, 2017 Had opportunity to fly Emirates upstairs on a 380 from Christchurch to Sydney. Great experience!! The cabin crew were very kind and gave us an extended visit to First. And boy, is it First!! Heated floors in the shower/Spa!! Went up front and met the flight crew. Somewhat taken aback by the "relative age"....I know I'm quickly aging but..... The Captain was a Canadian who was with Air Nova and joined AC in 2001 and then furloughed. Doesn't appear he suffered! Nice guys....very patient with us and our obvious awe. A LOT of cabin crew and always seemed busy. My wife promises to do 100 hours a month and save the earnings just so we can do a long-haul in First!! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
