Another 3 shot in downtown Toronto as well as the Mississauga family of 4 that were shot.....and the gun /gang violence in Ottawa is quite prevalent, right in Trudeau’s back yard!

The double shooting is particularly noteworthy.....so many cliches apply....diversity is our strength, they were such good boys, a Canadian is a Canadian is a Canadian.

Quote

The two men — Abdullaziz, 34, and Mohamad, 27 — were shot dead in a drive-by shooting outside an Alta Vista strip mall Friday evening.

A third brother, Fawaz Abdullah, who was shot in the leg and underwent surgery at hospital, is expected to survive his injuries.

Ottawa police believe the shootings, and the men, were targeted.......were shot near their white Range Rover

Two of the Abdullah brothers have a history with the criminal courts and gang-related violence.

Abdulaziz Abdullah, or "EZ," has been convicted numerous times for gang-and-gun violence. He was due in court in Toronto in September to face an attempted murder charge.

His convictions range from gun possession to being an accessory after a homicide. He was also convicted for his involvement in a 2008 gang-related drive-by shooting in Ottawa's south end.

In 2011, Abdulaziz was convicted of brandishing a gun to get rid of people from a hotel party. He then barricaded himself inside a room and a six-hour standoff with police ensued. He was convicted of possessing and carelessly handling a semi-automatic handgun.

He came to Canada from Kuwait when he was seven years old, according to the sentencing decision from the hotel case. After youth brushes with the law and "what his family considered to be undesirable friends," the family returned to Kuwait.

Abdulaziz returned to Canada in 2007, and criminal charges and convictions continued.

He pleaded guilty in October 2016 to being an accessory and getaway driver in the 2015 homicide of Sharif Said.

Fawaz, or "Caesar," was charged with two counts of attempted murder in a drive-by shooting in 2014. He pleaded guilty to lesser firearms charges in 2016 and was sentenced to three years and 131 days in prison.

Since the killing, police have found a white Acura parked in Kanata South off of Old Richmond Road that was reported stolen from Toronto, according to police sources.

It's believed to be the getaway vehicle used in the triple shooting.

The Abdullah brothers' deaths are the fifth and sixth homicides in Ottawa in 2021.

Police do not believe that Friday's double homicide is related to the fatal shooting of Abdulkadir Yusuf earlier this week.

The other Ottawa shooting.....same story

https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/ottawa/shooting-palmerston-ottawa-gloucester-1.6042192

Quote

Ottawa police and paramedics arrived just before 9 p.m. Wednesday to find a homicide scene. Yusuf, 22, was dead from a gunshot to the head.

Earlier this year, Yusuf himself was acquitted of a shooting in Overbook in September 2019.

At the time of his arrest, Yusuf had been under police surveillance as the suspected gunman in the shooting. The gun was discarded and found several blocks from the scene, where police alleged he shot several rounds at a vehicle.

Yusuf's older brother, Mohamud Yusuf, is currently serving a 14-year prison sentence for manslaughter for his role in the 2016 gangland slaying of drug dealer Mohamed Najdi.

Not exactly the narrative the government spins on their gun control bill.

Breaking news....another shooting in Ottawa-it’s been a busy week for our bipoc hoodlums, although I am making a speculative statement...(would that be racist or just statistical?)

Quote

And on Sunday evening, there was yet another shooting in the city, this time on Woodroffe Avenue. Ottawa paramedics responded to an incident in the Woodroffe and Baseline Road area at 7:13 p.m., taking one person to hospital, a spokesperson said. No details on the incident or the condition of the person were immediately available.

This was the fourth shooting in five days in the city of Ottawa. Four people have been killed in shootings since Wednesday.

And they're having a hard time manipulating the statistics now too as some (previously) little known facts begin creeping into the public domain. It's agonizing to watch but still not enough to expose the frauds and liars for what they are.

The "All You Can Eat Chocolate Cake Diet Plan" remains a best seller. It's like no amount of failure is sufficient to change the narrative.... even as the real statistics become painfully apparent and slowly see the light of day, the narrative continues.

Imagine if we flew and maintained airplanes in like manner.

This may have a short shelf life given the aversion of some powers to the use of sunlight as a disinfectant.

In a 25-minute span on April 18, 2020, near the beginning of Gabriel Wortman’s murderous rampage in which he killed 22 people, three people called 911 for help. One was a desperate Jamie Blair, who had less than two minutes left in her life. Another was her 12-year-old son, who calmly and heroically, tried to tell the operator what was happening. The third was from Andrew MacDonald who, along with his wife, Katie, was ambushed by Wortman.
All three told the 911 operators that the shooter was driving a police car.

I sure hope the people of Nova Scotia remember this molecular release of information and the deliberate suppression efforts when it comes time to vote.

No doubt JT is hoping that few will undertake the effort to piece it all together and that those lacking the initiative are sufficient in number to be of no concern to him... trouble is, he's right.

It is sad commentary on Canada and the governance of the country when scandals, tragedies and outright incompetence are quietly forgotten as an another train wreck overshadows the previous.....just look at the last year......Covid, WE scandal, the budget largesse, and now residential schools. Trudeau must laugh, as no matter what he does, the public is distracted by another event and he just lays down more catch phrases, talking points, spends taxpayer money flagrantly and blames somebody else.

Three people were killed and five were shot during a graduation party in Kendall, Florida, early Sunday, according to the Miami-Dade Police Department.

A graduation party was wrapping up at a local strip mall when two vehicles, a dark colored Chevy Malibu and a white Toyota Camry, pulled into the parking lot and began firing on the crowd, said Miami-Dade Police Department Director Freddy Ramirez.

Three people were killed in the shooting, two in a vehicle that crashed into Miami-Dade County College Kendall Campus, and a woman, who was a Florida corrections officer, Ramirez said.

Minneapolis has a population of about 440, 000. Being down 200 police officers comes at a cost.

If people there decide that they don't really want what they previously thought they might maybe want, it could take a long time to out train the shortage. I see little grounds for voter complaint though, there was no other outcome possible here and you either want this or you don't.

There is a falsity amongst those who want to defund/reduce the police. Some seem to think you can just turn the tap on and hire more if the need arises (no special training required)  those in the USA can always call in the militia who except for their Military Police are not trained to deal with civilian unrest except by force of arms. A downward path indeed.

Most people don't really want to defund the police - they understand.  The problem is that they forget when it comes time to vote.  Burn and loot enough suburban malls and maybe they'll remember next time.  Personally I don't care either way.

Here's two quotes from the article (above) from a Police Supt no less. It illustrates a mindset that stands as a deterrent to direct action.... it's an obstacle to be overcome IMO:

“It’s unconscionable,” Taverner said, adding it’s “hard to believe” anyone could shooting up a child’s birthday party.

“Unbelievable that this type of thing would happen”

Here's the problem.... NO IT"S NOT. It's completely predictable and kindly folks who can't wrap their heads around that simply don't understand gang/tribal psychology.

In simple terms, if you aren't part of the gang/tribe you don't matter. In fact, you are entirely irrelevant. I don't think most people get that aspect because it's hard for good people to comprehend or even accept the notion, as a result, they are slow (way too slow) to believe it. They don't consider themselves to be in a state of war with a small number of ruthless adversaries, the relationship between lions and zebras is analogous IMO.

This guy hasn’t been paying attention.  Relatively common south of the border so why wouldn’t this happen here?? A 23 yr old targeted and collateral damage from poor muzzle control.

Ain't that the truth.  If this crime had been committed by a white dude it would have been on the news as a racist/terrorist/hate crime before the shell casings had cooled to ambient temperature.

From one of my sources

” it was complete mayhem when they arrived on the scene. The ex of the woman hosting bday party (his child’s birthday party) drove by and opened fire on her now boyfriend as they are in rival gangs. …. They apprehended two individuals last evening as they did surveillance. Caught them cleaning the vehicle and then preparing to light it on fire.”

The Feds Are Making It More Difficult To Get A Gun License In Canada

Cormac O'Brien  1 hour ago million accounts

Justin Trudeau and the federal government are changing Canada's gun control laws to beef up background check requirements.

%7B© Provided by Narcity

At a June 22 press conference, Trudeau announced that as of July 7, Canadians applying for a firearm license will now have to undergo a background check that covers their entire life, not just the past five years.

"In the last few days alone, we've seen heartbreaking gun violence in some of our cities," Trudeau said, likely referring to a shooting in Toronto that injured three children.

Trudeau also said his government would be legally forcing gun retailers to keep records of all the guns they've sold — restricted or not — and strengthening oversight on gun transportation.

"No child should be caught in the crossfire. No community should be torn apart by tragedy," Trudeau said. "It has to stop."

It's the continued public capacity to applaud meaningless and misdirected regulation that astounds me. Why is connecting the dots, even when they are sequentially numbered so difficult for liberals and their acolytes?

Both here and in the US, people are dying because of abject stupidity and the people doing the dying are (almost) always in black and ethnic neighbourhoods. True policy driven racism in its ugliest form IMO.

JT was right, his government is guilty of ongoing genocide.... they should be in jail.

What a dishonest idiot.  What are the odds that the person doing the shooting had a firearms licence?  Zero.  What are the odds that the person doing the shooting could pass a background that covered the last 24 hours, let a lone 5 years or lifetime?  Zero.  100% meaningless virtual signalling to a political base that is too lazy or stupid to think it through.
