wizard
I know they can't charge a fee but it seems out of control. I just heard last night there was 96 wheelchairs for the Air Canada YYZ DEL flight. Who handles the wheelchairs in YYZ for Air Canada.? The new DEL service will be delayed for every departure if this keeps up as they should rethink doing this service. If they could charge a wheelchair service fee just think of the extra revenue on this flight at say $25 per chair that is an extra $2500 on the departure alone ? boestar
The YYZ-MIA was always called the Miracle flight. No fee for the service in YYZ so lots of chairs. Fee charged in MIA so they all walked off. It's a miracle.

Guest
Rich: great idea but now you need to come up with a "fix" for the departure out of YYZ.
