chockalicious
I have always voted Conservative federally but I am having more and more of a challenge with this government. Between the meddling in legal collective bargaining and this failure to protect Canadians I think My ballot may be spoiled next election.
Mitch Cronin
Absolutely Rich. ....though big banks = big business = government. Especially with all these years of Conservative-ism, the lines blend and cross and bend so there's no distinguishing, and their aims are all the same anyway.....and we're reminded once again, from yet a different angle, how insignificant we all are. 13820
Juan Terrazas said he worked for IT for TD Canada Trust but that he and dozens of others were let go last year after temporary workers showed up."I had to train one of the guys to do the job I was leaving," he said. How specialized was Juan's job that he "trained" another individual, presumably from another country, to replace him? This whole story seems to be union driven media crap to me. chockalicious
Add big unions to that list. I am not so sure about that. While government is heavily unionized the historical trend is that union membership is declining.I am fairly anti-union but I do not neccessarily see them as a scourge that a lot of others do. I also maintain that their influence has diminished so greatly the past 50 years that their ability to actually have any real power with the government is at an all time low.
