Take the chopper for a whopper?

Any of you ex-mil guys ever plop your t-birds, or whatever, down for a burger some place?

....hope he doesn't catch heat for that. Seems like a reasonable way to feed the crew. ....and Kenora residents likely loved it.

Well I run up to wendys in the company van when I get hungry. Why should he not be allowed to "pull over" for a bite in the company chopper.

Good on 'em. You want support for the military this is a good way to do it.

In the '70s in a military Twotter on search near Golden BC. Called the Air Radio station operator to order 6 Teen burgers from the local A & W to be sent by taxi to the airstrip for us. He pulled up while we were refuelling with sixteen hamburgers. The fueler and the air radio operator were thrilled with their free lunch.

We do sometimes drop a Griffon in to the City of Calgary pad on the river and wander down to Eau Claire Market for lunch. Don't think the 'Hooks will fit if and when they arrive though.
