February block month, contractual issues etc. Appears the company "needed" 20 days a month out of one group. Turns out they didn't after all, but the opportunity(s) for our MEC to capitulate, or to stand straight, hatched. The latter prevailed. Our MEC was swift and sure to - offer - the company the opportunity to attend to their own, problem, on their own.
