Has anyone ever measured the quality of that decision and held them accountable? To your point Rockyc, maybe you are tired of hearing about the problems, but step back a second and imagine what it would feel like to be the Cabin Attendant, tying like mad to help someone handle their illness with dignity, only to fail because a middle manager somewhere has made a poor decision, totally disconnected from its effect. Sometimes it really IS someone else's fault. Believe me, no one is more tired of seeing this play out again and again than the operating crews. How's the blog post coming?
