Flightlevels Posted September 19, 2005 Share Posted September 19, 2005 Mitch I see what you are saying at the beginning of your thread but the problem I encountered when I was there was ...I was extreamly thrilled to be there, then after a couple years I was eventually dragged down to the bitching at every whim due to the CONSTANT exposure to it. In the crewroom, in the fltdeck.... then all of a sudden you don't even realize you are doing it too until you step back. It was always the mid level guys too...ACPA this ...Air Ontario that....Fing ground handlers...and so on....hope it improves. Maybe enough new blood might do it...ya never know. I guess... But wouldn't you think if you introduce a truckload of really happy guys, all at the same time, on the same type, in the same bases, they might maintain their more positive outlook and maybe have some ...smile-ifying effect on the rest of the crowd?
