Tango Foxtrot
As I read through these postings, it appears ther are two dates used for our emergence from CCAA. Which is it? Thank You Tony!
N8
Are your feet getting cold? Is hell freezing over? Nope. The answer is neither the 1st nor the 30th. Try picking a new month.
Guest George
There are two dates.... March 31st, is the current protection date from creditors. AC has a court date on March 29th, probably to ask for an extension. Justice Farely has granted several extensions in the past, as long as there is progress in the restructuring, its a bit of a no brainer. But he has recently rattled the cages of the parties to get things concluded. April 30 is a GECAS date. The agreement between GECAS and AC expires on that date. Nothing says that it can't be extended, but again, if people are getting nervous, GECAS could hold fast to that date.
