Tango Foxtrot
Why is it, that every time I run into a retired Air Canaada employee, they seem so much younger and happier and healthier than when they worked at A.C.! I mean you must have noticed this!
Guest M. McRae
I think it has nothing to do with being ex AC and, if they were frontline staff, everything to do with being out of the customer service business. And yes I am using AC and customer service in the same sentence. For my part I have never had bad service at the hands of a AC employee. Lucky or just what the average passenger enjoy..... I will leave that up to others to decide.
Guest M. McRae
I think it has nothing to do with being ex AC and everything to do with being out of a very troubled industry . In particular those who were in the Customer Service end (FAs, agents etc.) look particularly happy. And yes I am using AC and customer service in the same sentence. For my part I have never had bad service at the hands of a AC employee. Lucky or just what the average passenger enjoy..... I will leave that up to others to decide.
